Artificial intelligence is no longer a promise for the future; it is a reality that is transforming the way we work every day. At Protela, this evolution is embodied in ProteIA. Since its inception in 2025, the company has taken a strategic step to strengthen its competitiveness by implementing innovative processes based on cultural and technical components, promoting responsible practices around the use of AI. This project was born with a clear vision: to optimize the performance of daily tasks, provide valuable information for decision-making, and consolidate a more agile, connected, and innovative organization.

 

ProteIA: optimizing processes, strengthening the future

 

 The results reflect concrete progress during its first year. The initiative promoted employee development through the exploration and strategic application of different artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, Gemini, and PW Automate + Copilot 365, which are being used in areas aligned with business processes. Thanks to this work, it was possible to optimize the execution times of various tasks and strengthen new capabilities within the teams. In addition, through continuous training opportunities and a cultural focus on innovation, significant progress was evident as different employees within the organization incorporated the responsible use of these tools into their activities, strengthening a culture of learning, innovation, and adaptation to change.

 

In 2026, the project will have a more consolidated technical team focused on remaining at the forefront of the use of more far-reaching technological solutions to meet the company's challenges. In this way, ProteIA continues to promote a model of continuous growth and evolution in which technology does not replace human talent, but rather enhances it, enabling increasingly agile and efficient operations that are prepared for the challenges of the future.
