The results reflect concrete progress during its first year. The initiative promoted employee development through the exploration and strategic application of different artificial intelligence tools such as Claude, Gemini, and PW Automate + Copilot 365, which are being used in areas aligned with business processes. Thanks to this work, it was possible to optimize the execution times of various tasks and strengthen new capabilities within the teams. In addition, through continuous training opportunities and a cultural focus on innovation, significant progress was evident as different employees within the organization incorporated the responsible use of these tools into their activities, strengthening a culture of learning, innovation, and adaptation to change.
