Colombiatex de las Américas, the trade show that connects the Colombian textile industry globally, opened its 2026 edition highlighting innovation, trends, and sustainability. As an opening act, the company Protela kicked off the event from its plant in Bogotá with a fashion show that demonstrated how creativity, design, and textile technology are integrated into each proposal. Reaffirming its role as a key player driving the evolution of the industry nationally and internationally.

Protela's participation took place in two spaces: Its main stand, located in the White Pavilion, was the meeting point for presenting its textile portfolio and strengthening relationships with customers and strategic partners, in an environment that reflected a vision of responsible and conscious fashion. Complementing this, Protela Business established itself as a meeting room designed for closer and more strategic conversations with customers and key players in the sector. Through these spaces, the company continues to strengthen its positioning and a vision of leadership that transcends the local market.

Within this same framework, Textileando, Protela's podcast, was present at Colombiatex as a space for dialogue and connection for the industry, expanding the experience beyond the product and consolidating the company's commitment to generating knowledge, exchanging ideas, and building conversations that drive the future of the textile sector.
